It seems like every time I start a new post it begins with an apology for how long it's taken me to update! I guess you should all expect that by now! :-)
I can't believe Thanksgiving is this week...GGEEEEEZZZ...where is the time going?

We worked very hard to clean up some mess that was in Brooke’s medical records. The discussion of asthma was in there and since Brooke has mentioned that she might like to have the Air Force be a back up to college we need to make sure there is an official diagnosis Yes or No. If Yes, she will not be able to go into the Air Force. After 5 Dr. Appointments and an intense breathing test (pic below) she has officially been diagnosed that she DOES NOT have asthma, nor has she ever had it, and that she was “miss-diagnosed/treated” as a child. Now some additional opportunities have opened up for her! This is her going through the battery of 5 breathing tests:

Halloween…Haley and Charli hung out with me at the house, Brooke had to work, Brandon hung out with Joey. This is Haley’s creation!

Yes Grandmas….Haley still attempts to knit, or crochet, or whatever it is she calls it…but still refuses to use anything other than her fingers.

Our big trip to Korea means the dogs need to go to a “doggy sitter”. We found a place near by that is kenneling pets for military members for FREE over the holidays! What a blessing…that is really going to save us some $$!! The kicker is the dogs need to be fixed before they can be there because it’s an “open kennel” environment. Sarge and Chief are set…but poor General…it was finally time to take him for his “removal of your procedure”! We also found a vet that does this procedure for military families FREE of charge! Man we are really feeling the blessings right now! General on the other hand, not so much. Here he is on the ride home…still pretty out of it.

Even the ladies at the vet office laughed at his overbite! He has done so good though…he is right back at being his normal self, playing with the big dogs and bothering his stitches a bit!!

Brandon and Brooke had some friends over Saturday night…they ended up playing twister in my hallway…it was hilarious!

Haley Morgan, my baby, turned 13 years old today!! Wow, they are all teenagers now!! She is getting so tall, so pretty, so mature, and sometimes so sassy! What did I expect…she IS her father’s daughter after all!!

All the kids and I attended Buckeye’s Demolition Derby at the Helzapoppin Rodeo Arena Saturday night. Here’s a quick pic of Haley and Brooke under the sign. It was fun…Brooke’s first time at a demolition derby!

Had my good friend Barbara and her husband Rich over for dinner tonight. Rich is an F-16 pilot and recently returned home from a 6-month deployment to Afghanistan. We are all glad to see him home…especially Barbara. It’s so much fun to see them together! We had a good time playing scategories after dinner!

Scott has spent the last few days in Bangkok...he should be arriving back in Seoul tomorrow (Monday for us).  He said it's a pretty cool place and wants us to go there on a vacation together sometime. Sounds like a plan to me!  I miss  him so much!  Can't wait for our trip there!
