Ok all!! I can’t believe Scott’s been home for three weeks already and only has one week left! This little 30 day visit is like a teaser..aarrggghhh. Regardless, we’ve all been enjoying having him home!

Scott’s first night back was also homecoming for the kids at Yongker High School…here’s a pic of Brooke as she was heading into the dance. Her and daddy both look so good, so happy!

Brooke got a job at Jack In the Box…here she is in her work uniform. She’s hoping to start getting more hours soon but so far she really likes it.

Scott and I went to Oktoberfest with the guys from the German Pilot Training unit in Goodyear. We had a blast! Scott says next year he will be attending in full German garb…hhmmmm…could be interesting…like the time we went to St. Patrick’s Day and he wore his kilt!

Scott has had a few opportunities to go golfing while he’s been home. After his outing with our friend Terry, he went to Terry’s softball game to watch..turns out the team was 1 short so they recruited him to step in and play…in his golf shorts, golf shirt, and yes…his croc sandals! Jeezzz this guy! Anything to swing a bat!

Brooke turned 18 on the 14th of October! In sticking with our birthday tradition, Brooke’s bedroom door was decorated in the middle of the night so that when she woke up she would be surprised by it. Scott grilled out chicken for her and she invited some of her friends to come have dinner with us. We had a good time. Charli was able to come over for a little bit and she wanted a quick photo of all of us so one of Brooke’s friends did the honors of taking the pic for us! It was a goofy night!

Brooke and Haley took a class a few months ago to become certified as referees for the soccer club we belong to. They had their firs “job” volunteering as referees this last weekend…they were so cute!!!

Brandon’s last football game is this Thursday. It will b e a home game and the family is all planning to attend. We are all quite bummed that the season is over already…we all look forward to Thursday nights and the fb games!

We will be saying goodbye to Scott again next Sunday. Haley’s soccer will be the main extracurricular activity for a while as football is coming to an end. Brooke is going to be doing some “open gym” gym stuff to get ready for Basketball tryouts on Nov. 8th. Brandon will be starting soccer warm-ups soon. We will be heading to Korea for Christmas and New Years, then daddy will be home in March. This last few months should go by pretty quickly.
